-Prices are negotiable and can vary depending on complexity; therefore you should view these prices as more of a baseline rather than set in stone.
-I will price props backgrounds and such on a case-by case basis.
-Extra characters are +80% of base price and are also negotiable.

TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT METHOD:
-PAYPAL ONLY-50/50 Down Payment or Upfront Payment (before sketch, and after final output)
LICENSURE:
-The art that you will receive will be considered as personal use by default, unless stated otherwise. This means that you are not allowed to use my art for any monetary gains (e.g. selling, branding, etc.)-Should the client request for commercial use of the commission will be charged +50% from the negotiated price.-The commission is permissible to be posted elsewhere, however proper crediting shall be present (keeping the signature intact, sharing link to my socials, etc.)-The artist reserve the right to post or display their own artworks, this includes the client's commission. Should the client request for their commission to not be posted elsewhere, charges may apply/shall be discussed.
Before the Commission:
-The client will receive a full refund if it's requested before the commission starts.-A PayPal invoice will be sent to the buyer before proceeding to the commission.-Upon receiving upfront payment, the commission will then be started.-Visual reference/s of the client's commission is required, therefore your request will immediately be declined if you fail to provide one.-If the client does not provide any specific poses, descriptions, or outfits, the artist will then use their full, artistic liberty upon the commission.-The artist has complete rights to decline any commission without any need for further explanation.
The artist has the right to stop the commission (and refund the given payment) if any abuse or harassment has been made from the commissioner.-Any clients enlisted on the artist's waitlist will be given priority.-You may freely bump the artist for progress once a week. If you wish to have more frequent WIPs, inform the artist beforehand.-Currencies that are currently accepted are either PLN (Polish złoty), or USD (U.S. Dollar).
During the Commission:
-Thumbnail/initial sketches will be sent for you to choose from. In this phase, you are allowed to ask for any minor/major changes (pose, angle, etc.) in an unlimited amount.-If the artist receives no response from the client's part a week after sending a message or WIP, they will then put the commission on-hold and proceed to other commissions/trades.-Payment will be refunded if complications occur on the artist’s part. It will be given accordingly, depending on how far the artist has went with the commission.-Should the client remain completely unresponsive after a few bumps, the commission shall be dropped with or without refund depending on the state of the commissioner and the artwork.-You will rightfully be informed in case the artist experiences any personal or technical difficulties.
After the Commission:
-After the artwork has been finished, the artist will then send the artwork via PNG on Discord (for low-resolution), and/or Google Drive (for high-resolution). In this phase, you are no longer allowed to request for refund.-The artist will not be providing the original .clip file of the client's commission.-You are allowed to request for 2 minor changes on the artwork. After the request has been finalized, you may no longer ask for any further changes.-You are fully allowed to alter or edit the piece but in the case that the signature is removed proper credit should be given.
